Role description
This role involves managing master data records and ensuring data integrity across various systems while collaborating with multiple business units.
Responsibilities
β’ Create, update, and maintain master data records in ERP/CRM systems (e.g. JDE, Salesforce).
β’ Validate data inputs for completeness, consistency, and accuracy across systems.
β’ Monitor data workflows and resolve discrepancies across business units.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Procurement, Sales, IT) to understand data needs and ensure alignment.
β’ Assist in the development and enforcement of data governance policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
β’ Perform regular audits and data quality checks to ensure system integrity.
β’ Participate in data cleansing, migration, and enrichment activities.
β’ Generate reports and dashboards on data quality KPIs and master data status.
β’ Support system upgrades and process improvements involving master data.
β’ Train internal users on data entry best practices and data standards.
Qualifications
Education details: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
