Master Data Analyst

This role involves managing master data records and ensuring data integrity across various systems while collaborating with multiple business units. Responsibilities • Create, update, and maintain master data records in ERP/CRM systems (e.g. JDE, Salesforce). • Validate data inputs for completeness, consistency, and accuracy across systems. • Monitor data workflows and resolve discrepancies across business units. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Procurement, Sales, IT) to understand data needs and ensure alignment. • Assist in the development and enforcement of data governance policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Perform regular audits and data quality checks to ensure system integrity. • Participate in data cleansing, migration, and enrichment activities. • Generate reports and dashboards on data quality KPIs and master data status. • Support system upgrades and process improvements involving master data. • Train internal users on data entry best practices and data standards. Qualifications Education details: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Required Skills • Excel - Intermediate - Vlookups, pivot tables, modeling. • PowerBI • SQL Preferred Skills • Experience with ERP/CRM systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
