Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Master Data Analyst in Juno Beach, FL. Overview: The Master Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity, quality, and governance of critical master data across company enterprise systems. This role supports the Digital Thread initiative by establishing and maintaining high-quality, validated master data that enables data-driven insights and strategic decision-making across all business units. This role is critical to the company's data strategy and supports multiple initiatives including the Digital Thread, knowledge graph projects, and enterprise-wide analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Data Quality & Governance:
β’ Implement and monitor master data quality standards across SAP, Maximo, CIS, and other enterprise systems
β’ Develop data validation rules and quality metrics to ensure consistency and accuracy
β’ Collaborate with data stewards to resolve data quality issues and establish remediation processes
β’ Support compliance requirements and regulatory reporting through accurate master data management
Master Data Management
β’ Design and maintain master data models for customers, assets, locations, vendors, and materials
β’ Establish data lineage and metadata documentation for critical business entities
β’ Coordinate master data synchronization across disparate systems and platforms
β’ Support integration efforts for new systems and data sources
Analysis & Reporting:
β’ Perform root cause analysis on data quality issues and recommend solutions
β’ Create dashboards, reports, and presentation decks to monitor and report out master data health and usage patterns
β’ Support business users with master data inquiries and research requests
β’ Provide data profiling and impact analysis for system changes
Collaboration & Support:
β’ Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders on data integration and ETL processes
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, or related field
β’ 3+ years of experience in master data management
β’ Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data quality tools
β’ Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, Maximo preferred)
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β’ Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience in utility or energy industry
β’ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS)
β’ Knowledge and experiences with metadata management tools
β’ Understanding of data privacy and security requirements
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
