The Supply Chain Operations team is looking for a Materials Analyst to support our hardware operations programs through data analysis, reporting, and execution support. This entry-to-mid-level role will assist in ensuring material readiness, inventory visibility, and procurement alignment for both development and production builds. You will work closely with Program Managers, Procurement, Planning, and Manufacturing teams to enable data-driven decisions and ensure execution excellence across internal and external supply chain activities.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Support Operations Program Managers with data analysis related to material availability, procurement status, and production readiness.
β’ Track and manage bill of materials (BOMs), part lead times, inventory levels, and delivery schedules across internal systems.
β’ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into material readiness, shortages, and open actions.
β’ Coordinate with procurement and planning teams to ensure PO alignment with demand forecasts and build schedules.
β’ Assist with change order tracking and component lifecycle management to ensure data accuracy.
β’ Support readiness reviews by compiling CTB (Clear to Build) data, risk assessments, and status summaries.
β’ Monitor and reconcile discrepancies between ERP/MRP systems and operational reports. Escalate material risks and follow up on mitigation plans in collaboration with Program Managers.
β’ Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to automate or streamline material tracking workflows.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in a supply chain, operations, materials planning, or analyst role (internships may be considered for recent grads).
β’ Strong Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with supply chain tools and systems (e.g., ERP, MRP, PLM).
β’ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
β’ Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
β’ Preferred: Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, or Python for data analysis.
