With labs, test floors, and factories all co-located, we can bring ideas to life quicklyβ€”from hardware design and coding to full-scale production. Current projects include autonomous mobility, AI/ML, robotic management software, predictive analytics, and more. Role Overview: Are you passionate about solving complex supply chain and production challenges? We are seeking an experienced Production Planner / Materials Manager to drive operational excellence, optimize workflows, and lead strategic initiatives. You will play a key role in transitioning from legacy systems to modern planning platforms, managing production schedules, capacity, and inventory optimization to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and delight customers. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Create and maintain finite capacity production schedules considering labor, equipment, and material constraints β€’ Perform sequence optimization to minimize changeovers and maximize throughput β€’ Develop short-, medium-, and long-term capacity models; identify and resolve bottlenecks β€’ Monitor and manage inventory levels, replenishment strategies, and working capital β€’ Participate in S&OP to align supply plans with demand forecasts β€’ Release and manage work orders throughout their lifecycle β€’ Set up and maintain Bills of Distribution and Sourcing Rules β€’ Leverage SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for capacity modeling and supply plan optimization β€’ Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and engineering teams β€’ Monitor KPIs such as schedule adherence, inventory turns, and supplier delivery performance β€’ Support new product introductions with supply planning requirements Required Qualifications: β€’ 3+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or related field β€’ Strong understanding of advanced planning strategies and replenishment processes β€’ Excellent problem-solving, process improvement, and communication skills β€’ Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects β€’ Proficiency in supply chain tools and SQL; data visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI) β€’ Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies β€’ Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related field Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Kinaxis Certified Author / Advanced User β€’ APICS CPIM or CSCP certification β€’ Master’s degree in supply chain management or related technical field β€’ Knowledge of emerging supply chain technologies (IoT, AI/ML) Why Join Us: β€’ Work alongside world-class engineers and innovators β€’ Contribute to cutting-edge robotics projects β€’ Drive impact across production, supply chain, and operations Apply Today: Join a team where your expertise shapes the future of robotics and supply chain innovation!
