Role Overview: Are you passionate about solving complex supply chain and production challenges? We are seeking an experienced Production Planner / Materials Manager to drive operational excellence, optimize workflows, and lead strategic initiatives. You will play a key role in transitioning from legacy systems to modern planning platforms, managing production schedules, capacity, and inventory optimization to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and delight customers. Key Responsibilities: • Create and maintain finite capacity production schedules considering labor, equipment, and material constraints • Perform sequence optimization to minimize changeovers and maximize throughput • Develop short-, medium-, and long-term capacity models; identify and resolve bottlenecks • Monitor and manage inventory levels, replenishment strategies, and working capital • Participate in S&OP to align supply plans with demand forecasts • Release and manage work orders throughout their lifecycle • Set up and maintain Bills of Distribution and Sourcing Rules • Leverage SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for capacity modeling and supply plan optimization • Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and engineering teams • Monitor KPIs such as schedule adherence, inventory turns, and supplier delivery performance • Support new product introductions with supply planning requirements Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or related field • Strong understanding of advanced planning strategies and replenishment processes • Excellent problem-solving, process improvement, and communication skills • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects • Proficiency in supply chain tools and SQL; data visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI) • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related field Preferred Qualifications: • Kinaxis Certified Author / Advanced User • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification • Master’s degree in supply chain management or related technical field • Knowledge of emerging supply chain technologies (IoT, AI/ML) Why Join Us: • Work alongside world-class engineers and innovators • Contribute to cutting-edge robotics projects • Drive impact across production, supply chain, and operations Apply Today: Join a team where your expertise shapes the future of robotics and supply chain innovation!
