Overview:
We are seeking an Matillion ETL Developer w/ Epic Clarity to oversee and maintain automated data integration processes between Epic Clarity and our SQL and Snowflake databases. This individual will be responsible for monitoring data pipelines, ensuring accuracy and reliability, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily ETL processes pulling data from Epic Clarity into SQL and Snowflake environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve errors or failures in data pipelines in a timely manner.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability.
• Perform routine maintenance and optimizations on ETL jobs.
• Document workflows, error resolutions, and process updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting, analytics, and operational needs.
Qualifications:
• Strong experience with SQL (queries, optimization, troubleshooting).
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools/processes (experience with Matillion required).
• Experience with Epic Clarity data model and healthcare data.
• Experience working with Snowflake.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
