Role description
Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences industry, is seeking a MDM Data Engineer to join their team. As a MDM Data Engineer, you will be part of the Data Management Department supporting technical and data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: MDM Data Engineer
Location: Remote, expected to work in EST hours, candidates from Philadelphia, PA or Dallas, TX are preferred
What's the Job?
• Designing and implementing Reltio MDM solutions that meet organizational needs
• Developing complex master data management solutions using the Reltio platform to fulfill customer requirements
• Understanding business requirements, performing data analysis, and translating them into technical specifications
• Creating application design documents, including data models, data flow diagrams, and system architecture diagrams
• Collaborating with business SMEs and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
What's Needed?
• Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Eight to ten years of experience in data management technologies such as MDM, SQL, RDBMS, Data Quality, etc.
• Prior experience with Reltio Business Model Configuration, Match and Merge Configuration, ETL tools, and Big Data ecosystem
• Experience with Informatica On-Prem MDM solution and data modeling is preferred
• Strong understanding of master data management concepts, data analysis, and working with the Reltio platform
