Role description
We are seeking a detail-oriented MDM Data Quality Specialist to support a high-priority enterprise data initiative. This role focuses on improving the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data within an Informatica MDM environment ahead of a critical go-live.
Key Responsibilities
• Investigate and resolve MDM match/merge fallout and data exceptions
• Perform data cleansing including deduplication, standardization, and validation
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business rules
• Support data quality checks, dashboards, and exception handling
• Collaborate with data governance and business teams to resolve data issues
• Document remediation activities and maintain audit trails
Qualifications
• 2–4+ years of experience in Data Quality, MDM, or Data Operations
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data cleansing)
• Experience with MDM tools (Informatica preferred)
• Ability to analyze data, identify inconsistencies, and resolve issues
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Nice to Have
• Basic SQL skills
• Experience with match/merge or entity resolution
• Background working with ERP systems or customer/master data
