MDM Engineer (IBM)

Job Title: MDM Engineer Location: Remote Experience:10 – 12 years Job Summary: • Seeking an experienced MDM Engineer with hands-on expertise in IBM MDM Installation, Administration, and Workflow Configuration using IBM BPM. • Role involves day shift, hybrid model, and no travel required. Required Technical Skills: • MDM Functional expertise • IBM MDM Installation and Administration • IBM MDM Workflow Configuration in IBM BPM • IBM MDM Advanced Edition • IBM InfoSphere MDM Responsibilities: • Lead design and implementation of MDM solutions ensuring data accuracy and consistency. • Install, configure, and administer IBM MDM Advanced Edition. • Configure MDM Workflows within IBM BPM to improve business processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MDM with existing systems. • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of MDM solutions. • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for MDM processes and configurations. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve MDM system issues. • Conduct regular system assessments to identify and implement improvements. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Provide training and support to team members and end-users. • Stay updated with latest MDM trends and technologies. • Support company data governance and data strategy initiatives. • Contribute to data-driven insights that enhance innovation and competitive advantage. Qualifications: • 10–12 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management (MDM). • Proven expertise in IBM MDM Installation and Administration. • Strong proficiency in IBM BPM workflow configuration. • Hands-on experience with IBM MDM Advanced Edition. • Familiarity with IBM InfoSphere MDM Work Model preferred. • Deep understanding of data management principles and best practices. Nice to Have Skills: • Domain knowledge in data management or related fields
