Job Title: MDM Stibo STEP Data Analyst
Contract Type: till the end of the year with possible extension or conversion to FTE
Location: Remote, anywhere in US (Eastern and Central Time zones preferred)
Working Hours: 40hrs/week, M-F 8-5 ET
Pay Rate: Depending on Experience

We are looking for an experienced Stibo STEP techno-functional consultant to join our team for ongoing Stibo STEP solution implementation. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong MDM expertise, offering the opportunity to guide system strategies, mentor a team, and drive data governance excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Support implementation and enhancement of the Stibo STEP system, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams and Stibo technical support as needed.
Conduct system configurations, including attribute modeling, workflow setups, and user access management.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and implement system changes aligned with organizational goals.
Develop and enforce best practices for data governance, data modeling, and data quality assurance.
Stay informed about Stibo STEP updates and industry trends, proposing and implementing system optimizations.
Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
Lead data integration initiatives, ensuring seamless interaction with other platforms and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (certifications in data management are a plus).
1-3+ years of experience in Stibo STEP implementation, support, and maintenance.
Expertise in Stibo STEP configuration, including data modeling, attribute management, and workflows.
Strong understanding of data governance, quality, MDM, ETL and data management principles.
Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data querying/manipulation.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with web technologies (HTML, XML) and data exchange formats (CSV, JSON).
Experience implementing Customer and Product MDM.
Knowledge of data integration tools and e-commerce or retail industries.
Familiarity with other data management platforms or tools.
