We are looking to fill a long-term Contract role as Medicaid Data Analyst Mode of Interview: Webcam only Work Arrangement: Hybrid Work Location: Indianapolis IN Shift: EST Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • 5 years of strong proficiency in T-SQL (query writing, stored procedures, optimization, troubleshooting) • 5 years of experience working with large relational databases (SQL Server preferred) • 5 years of strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data issues and recommend corrective actions • 5 years of excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with immunization registries (IIS), HL7 messaging, or healthcare data standards • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred • Knowledge of IIS data exchange standards (VXU, ACK, QBP) • Experience with data quality frameworks and record-matching techniques • Exposure to public health data systems or clinical data exchange
