Role description
MI Reporting Analyst - JP Morgan - Bournemouth - 12 months contract - Onsite - PAYE
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MI Reporting Analyst to join JP Morgan on a 12-month contract in Bournemouth to support the Corporate and Investment Bank Conflict of Interest (COI) Global Office Head. The role involves delivering governance and reporting for the Global CIB COI and JPMSE COI Frameworks. Candidates should have strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience in dashboarding tools.
What You'll Do
• Prepare and deliver management-level presentations including complex MiFID scenarios, highly manual processes, and insights from COI (Conflicts of Interest) reviews
• Support the COI framework through data analysis, reporting, and control activities including quarterly metrics, management of COI issues with the Private Bank LOB and Audit, and contributing to CToE (Control Testing of Effectiveness) exercises.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards and reporting materials including the Global CIB COI Metrics Dashboard
• Manage COI issues and support firmwide governance and regulatory activities, representing CIB in the Firmwide COI Control Committee, ensuring proper identification in CORE, and assisting with regulatory exam requests and data collection
• Manage and enhance Alteryx and Tableau dashboards for 24 EMEA LORCCs, adapting to evolving data and reporting needs
What You Bring
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Knowledge of financial services is advantageous
• Exposure to compliance or regulatory environments is a plus
• Proficiency in Tableau and Alteryx is highly desirable
