WE ARE HIRING: Cúram Reports Developer - Oracle PL/SQL and Microsoft Azure Synapse Developer Location: Hybrid – Raleigh, NC - CCI W2 or C2C Note: Preference will be given to candidates currently living in North Carolina or local to the area. We’re seeking a highly skilled Oracle PL/SQL and Microsoft Azure Synapse Developer to design, develop, and maintain Medicaid reporting solutions and semantic data models. This role requires strong analytical, design, and development expertise in data-driven, large-scale systems within an enterprise healthcare or government setting. Key Responsibilities • Perform business and system analysis, modeling, and design for Medicaid reporting solutions • Develop and maintain data integrations, semantic models, and data pipelines using Oracle and Azure Synapse • Support and enhance large-scale, web-based distributed systems Required Skills • Strong Oracle PL/SQL development experience • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Synapse • Expertise in SQL scripting and relational database modeling • Experience with Oracle Utilities, ETL tools such as Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) • Experience developing large-scale, web-based distributed systems • Proven ability to apply structured system development methodologies Preferred Skills • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects or BIRT • Data Warehouse design and development experience • Experience working with the Cúram product (IBM Cúram Social Program Management) • Strong analytical and SQL tuning skills Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
