About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Admin/Developer to support a major build‑out of our Dynamics Sales CRM. This is a hands‑on contract role focused on configuration, customization, and Power Platform development as we expand and modernize our CRM environment.

What You’ll Do
• Configure, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales to support new workflows, data structures, and business processes
• Build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and custom components to support CRM functionality
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support data modeling, field/relationship design, and system architecture decisions
• Assist with security roles, permissions, environments, and admin governance
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure system stability
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices to support long‑term maintainability
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
• Strong background in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Experience configuring entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and security roles
• Ability to design scalable, user‑friendly CRM solutions
• Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort working in an evolving project environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bonus: Experience supporting or executing a CRM migration (Salesforce → Dynamics a plus)
