Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Administrator & Power Platform Developer (Contract) 6–12 Month Project | $75–$90/hr (W2 or 1099) Location: Remote (US) About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Admin/Developer to support a major build‑out of our Dynamics Sales CRM. This is a hands‑on contract role focused on configuration, customization, and Power Platform development as we expand and modernize our CRM environment. If you thrive in fast‑moving projects, enjoy building scalable solutions, and have a strong command of Dynamics Sales + Power Platform, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. What You’ll Do • Configure, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales to support new workflows, data structures, and business processes • Build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and custom components to support CRM functionality • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions • Support data modeling, field/relationship design, and system architecture decisions • Assist with security roles, permissions, environments, and admin governance • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure system stability • Document configurations, processes, and best practices to support long‑term maintainability What We’re Looking For • 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales • Strong background in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) • Experience configuring entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and security roles • Ability to design scalable, user‑friendly CRM solutions • Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort working in an evolving project environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Bonus: Experience supporting or executing a CRM migration (Salesforce → Dynamics a plus) Contract Details • Duration: 6–12 months • Hours: Full‑time contract • Rate: $75–$90 per hour • Start: ASAP • Work Style: Remote
