Role: MS Fabric Lead Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida Work Type: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week) Type-Contract JD: We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Fabric Lead to drive the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise data platforms using Microsoft Fabric. The role will be responsible for leading the architecture, development, and optimization of data solutions across Fabric components such as Microsoft Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing data and analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise data solutions on Microsoft Fabric. Design and implement data pipelines, lakehouse architectures, and data models. Establish governance, security, and best practices for data management and analytics. Guide teams in building scalable solutions using Microsoft Power BI for reporting and visualization. Optimize performance, cost, and scalability of Fabric workloads. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Mentor and lead data engineers and BI developers. Required Skills: Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric architecture and components. Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and large-scale data engineering. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and modern BI practices. Experience in data integration tools such as Azure Data Factory. Understanding of lakehouse architecture and data governance. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience: 8+ years in data engineering / analytics 2+ years working with Microsoft Fabric or related Azure data platforms.
