• Strong experience in Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows for RPA, AI Builder).

The ideal candidate will play a key role in modernizing processes, automating workflows, and integrating data-driven solutions to enhance business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop Custom Power Apps: Build canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portals tailored to business needs.
• Automate Workflows: Create and optimize business process automation using Power Automate (flows), AI Builder, and RPA.
• Data Management: Design and manage Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, and other data sources for structured and efficient storage.
• Power BI Reporting: Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for data visualization and business insights.
• Integrations & APIs: Implement integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure Services, REST APIs, and third-party applications.
• Security & Governance: Ensure application security, compliance, and governance best practices are followed.
• Testing & Deployment: Perform unit testing, UAT, and deployments using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other CI/CD tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Expertise in Power Apps (canvas & model-driven apps) and Dataverse.
• Strong experience in Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows for RPA, AI Builder).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Power Fx, JSON, and SQL for custom functionalities.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
• Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, AI/ML, Cognitive Services).
• Hands-on experience with security roles, permissions, authentication (OAuth, Azure AD, SSO).

Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications: PL-600 or PL-400
• Experience with Dataverse Web API, custom connectors, and Azure API Management.

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Virtual Agents, or Copilot AI.
• Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, government, or supply chain.
