Microsoft Power Platform Developer (Hybrid Position)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level business applications within the Client environment.This position will focus on developing, implementing, and supporting the expansion of the Client’s Microsoft 365 Power Platform and completing development efforts for the Invoice Tracking System (ITS) under the CFO’s division. The Developer will utilize the Microsoft Power Platform to create and optimize business processes and applications, ensuring robust integration, scalability, and performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong technical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse). • Integrate Power Platform components with external systems, APIs, and data sources to streamline workflows. • Develop Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Pages using Dataverse, SharePoint, or SQL-based data storage models. • Create and manage Power Automate Flows (Cloud, Desktop, and Business Process Flows) to automate and optimize business processes. • Collaborate with users and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions. • Document functional and technical requirements, design specifications, and user manuals. • Ensure compliance with Power Platform best practices for security, governance, and maintainability. • Participate in Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to other developers and staff on Power Platform technologies. • Support Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) governance models and administration best practices. Work Hours & Location: Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Thursdays and Fridays) required to be onsite
