A global bank is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform /SQL Developer. The Microsoft Power Platform /SQL Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation applications using low-code and no-code platforms ( Microsoft Power suite of products including Power Automate (for process automation), Power Apps (for app development) and configuring systems to support Vulnerability Patch Management project. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, build, and deploy automated solutions.
KEY TECHNOLOGIES
β’ SQL server
β’ Stored procedures
β’ Database design, understanding indexes, performance tuning
β’ MERGE commands, creating tables, relational models, left, right joins
β’ Power platform, apps, flows
β’ SQL connectors and other connectors on power platform, SQL server
β’ SUN, JIRA a plus
The role will focus on implementation to support VPM and the following:
Researching and analyzing business processes with the scope of optimizing and automating them.
β’ Supporting, developing and maintaining existing vpm management system
β’ Responsibilities
β’ Strong knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures and database design is a MUST
β’ Ability to develop on the following low-code tooling such as: Microsoft Power Platform (power ai, power automate, etc..), Alteryx, SharePoint leveraging SQL Server
β’ Handle and manage multiple requests at the same time.
β’ Worked in a production environment and supported various business units in a financial environment: From Front Office to Support (RAD, Operations, Finance, ITβ¦) and Control functions (Risk, Compliance, Auditβ¦).
β’ Collaborating with customers to assist on BRD (Business Requirements Document) as well as capturing and defining technical specification requirements.
β’ Requirements
β’ Proven experience in low-code/no-code development and automation with understanding of business processes and workflow automation
β’ Proficiency in using low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint a plus
β’ Experience in DevOps, SUN(ServiceNow), Bit Bucket, Jenkins.
β’ Knowledge of development life cycle and experience on APIs, SQL and software integration.
β’ Completed College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field..
