Role description
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of hands-on MicroStrategy development experience, including schema design, dossiers, reports, dashboards, metrics, filters, prompts, and troubleshooting
• Advanced SQL experience with ability to write, tune, and troubleshoot complex queries against large datasets
• Experience with relational or cloud data platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Teradata, or similar technologies
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, facts, dimensions, and aggregated reporting structures
• Ability to analyze requirements, identify data dependencies, clarify assumptions, and communicate technical options to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and verbal communication skills; Agile/Scrum experience preferred
