Responsibilities: • Manage access management requests from intake to validation: • Analyze data requirements and intended changes. • Update the Matrix repository accordingly. • Prepare and send data to the SailPoint team for implementation. • Validate that changes made by SailPoint match the original request. • Support quarterly certification campaigns by monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion. • Anticipate and communicate the impact of access changes across systems and roles. • Optimize and future-proof data sets to support long-term compliance and efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, SailPoint support, and compliance stakeholders. Qualifications: Required: • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. • Hands-on experience with Access Management processes and tools. • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis). Preferred: • Power BI experience is a plus. • Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) principles. • Experience working with SailPoint or similar identity governance platforms. • Ability to leverage Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
