Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadersh ip. Key Responsibilit β€’ ies:Design and implement advanced analytical and ML models to solve complex business challen β€’ ges.Apply data mining, predictive modeling, and NLP techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured d β€’ ata.Develop scalable analytical workflows using Python and integrate results into client syst β€’ ems.Build and maintain data pipelines; optimize data ingestion and transformation proces β€’ ses.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret findings and influence data-driven decision-mak β€’ ing.Develop reusable analytical assets and contribute to platform scalability initiati β€’ ves.Mentor junior analysts and ensure best practices in data science workfl ows. Required Skills and Qualificat β€’ ions:Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field with 2–4 years of experi β€’ ence.Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) or R for model building and anal β€’ ysis.Experience with machine learning pipelines, feature selection, and model evalua β€’ tion.Hands-on knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Az β€’ ure).Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL data st β€’ ores.Ability to translate technical results into actionable business recommendat β€’ ions.Experience working in agile environments and leading small-scale analytical proj ects. Preferred Qualifica β€’ tions:Experience fine-tuning generative models and integrating classic AI techn β€’ iques.Prior leadership experience and a record of mentoring junior colle β€’ agues.Domain expertise in healthcare, transportation, technology, insurance, or related se ctors.
