Key Responsibilit • ies:Design and implement advanced analytical and ML models to solve complex business challen • ges.Apply data mining, predictive modeling, and NLP techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured d • ata.Develop scalable analytical workflows using Python and integrate results into client syst • ems.Build and maintain data pipelines; optimize data ingestion and transformation proces • ses.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret findings and influence data-driven decision-mak • ing.Develop reusable analytical assets and contribute to platform scalability initiati • ves.Mentor junior analysts and ensure best practices in data science workfl ows. Required Skills and Qualificat • ions:Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field with 2–4 years of experi • ence.Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) or R for model building and anal • ysis.Experience with machine learning pipelines, feature selection, and model evalua • tion.Hands-on knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Az • ure).Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL data st • ores.Ability to translate technical results into actionable business recommendat • ions.Experience working in agile environments and leading small-scale analytical proj ects. Preferred Qualifica • tions:Experience fine-tuning generative models and integrating classic AI techn • iques.Prior leadership experience and a record of mentoring junior colle • agues.Domain expertise in healthcare, transportation, technology, insurance, or related se ctors.
