Location: remote Joining Timeline: Immediate Duration/Tenure: FTE Work Mode: Remote Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Mid-Senior BI / Data Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Analytics to design, build, and deliver scalable HR and workforce analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data engineering, advanced SQL skills, and hands-on experience with BI tools and modern data platforms. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models for HR, payroll, and workforce
analytics.
Build and optimize complex SQL queries for advanced HCM data analysis and reporting.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or
similar platforms.
Design and manage ETL pipelines for Oracle HCM data integration using tools such as
Informatica, Talend, or equivalent.
Leverage Python and PySpark for data transformation, cleansing, and large-scale data
processing (Apache Spark knowledge preferred).
Implement and support data warehousing solutions using modern databases such as
Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar platforms.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, groom, and clarify requirements;
translate business needs into analytical and reporting solutions.
Participate in requirement sessions, create user stories, and ensure alignment between
business objectives and technical implementation.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across HR analytics solutions.
Required Qualifications
6–8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and/or Data Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM analytics and workforce reporting.
Advanced SQL skills with experience handling complex datasets.
Experience with at least one BI/reporting tool (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Python and PySpark.
Experience with at least one ETL tool (Informatica, Talend, etc.).
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
Experience working with modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
Experience with at least one ERP system (Oracle HCM preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and
collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications
Functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules.
Experience building HCM dashboards using Incorta.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and working with user stories and sprint cycles
