ML AI Developer - W2 ONLY

Title: ML AI Developer - W2 Only Location: Remote Duration: 6 + months Contract. Interview Mode : Phone + Video Job Description : We are looking for a skilled ML / AI Developer to design, build, and optimize AI-driven solutions focused on LLMs, RAG, and modern agent-based AI systems. This role involves end-to-end development, experimentation, deployment, and optimization of scalable AI models and applications. Responsibilities • Build and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and agent-based AI workflows • Work with vector databases and embedding-based search systems • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to build high-quality production pipelines • Support DataOps & MLOps practices including model evaluation, monitoring & automation • Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability Required Skills • Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG & Generative AI • Practical exposure to agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex) • Strong experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma) • Experience with DataOps & MLOps practices and tooling • Cloud / AI platform experience (Google Cloud AI or similar) Nice to Have • Experience integrating AI solutions with Enterprise systems • Familiarity with SAP environments (plus, not mandatory)
