Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
β Must have experience with Agentic AI Bot development - LangChain/Claude is a plus
β Act as the first line of support for internal teams and partners β providing timely response, acknowledgment, and resolution ownership.
β Handle incoming requests, incidents, and queries related to Kubernetes clusters, containerized workloads, and cloud-native applications.
β Take ownership of cases from acknowledgment to completion, ensuring proactive follow-up until the issue is fully resolved or appropriately escalated. Collaborate with L2/L3 engineers, SREs, and platform teams for complex problem resolution.
β Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolution in the ticketing system.
β Perform initial diagnostics using Kubernetes tools (e.g., kubectl, logs, events) to identify root causes.
β Participate in on-call rotations and ensure SLA compliance for response and resolution times.
β Provide excellent customer service β communicating clearly, empathetically, and professionally with internal stakeholders.
Required Skills
β Minimum 4+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps Support, or Kubernetes-based environments.
β Hands-on experience with Kubernetes fundamentals β including Deployments, Services, Admissions, Cluster control plane and basic troubleshooting.
β Experience in automation or scripting for operational efficiency.
β Experience using monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent).
β Familiarity with Linux systems, command-line tools, and scripting (Bash, Python preferred).
β Excellent communication skills β capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical audiences. Nice to Have
β Familiarity with Helm, Istio, or container runtime environments.
β Certification in Kubernetes (CKA or CKS) or equivalent experience.
β Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
