Mobile Application UI Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to design, develop, and deliver modern web and mobile applications. This role focuses on React and React Native development while collaborating closely with backend engineers, business analysts, designers, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to build scalable, user-friendly solutions. Key Responsibilities • Architect, design, and develop web and mobile applications using React, React Native, TypeScript, and JavaScript. • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and web services. • Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including deployments and production releases. • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and guidance to development teams. • Estimate effort, identify risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders. • Ensure adherence to coding standards, UI best practices, accessibility guidelines, and responsive design principles. • Support production systems, including occasional off-hours support when required. Required Qualifications • 15+ years of software development experience. • 10+ years of experience with React and React Native. • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. • Experience with responsive/mobile-first development and REST API integration. • Familiarity with Node.js, Docker, GitHub, JIRA, and mobile development workflows. • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with WCAG accessibility standards. • Familiarity with Google Firebase. • Knowledge of iOS certificates, provisioning profiles, and CocoaPods. Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
