Model Context Protocol Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI MCP Engineer with strong experience in SAP integrations and AI-driven enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI/LLM integrations, SAP ecosystems, APIs, and enterprise automation. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable AI solutions integrated with SAP platforms. Responsibilities • Design and develop AI solutions using MCP (Model Context Protocol) frameworks. • Integrate AI/LLM applications with SAP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP, and SAP SuccessFactors. • Develop and maintain APIs, middleware, and integration workflows between AI platforms and SAP applications. • Work with enterprise AI tools, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks. • Build automation workflows leveraging AI agents and SAP business processes. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Optimize AI model performance, scalability, and security within SAP environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and deployment issues. • Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards. Required Skills • Strong experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or AI agent frameworks. • Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM solutions with SAP systems. • Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP APIs, OData services, and SAP Integration Suite. • Experience with Python, JavaScript, or Java. • Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other LLM platforms. • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Knowledge of vector databases, RAG architecture, and AI orchestration tools. • Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware solutions. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preffered Skills • Experience with SAP AI Core or SAP Joule. • Certification in SAP Integration or SAP BTP. • Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks. • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
