Job Title: Integration Developer - Monday.com Configurator
Location: Remote - [US EST Zone - Preferred]
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled developer to design, configure, and extend Monday.com workflows through custom integrations and API development. This role will collaborate with business and technical teams to streamline project management, reporting, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure Monday.com boards, workflows, and dashboards for business teams.
• Develop and maintain custom API integrations between Monday.com and 3rd party tools (CRM, ERP (NetSuite), HR systems).
• Build automation recipes and optimize existing workflows.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance in integration design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide documentation and support for deployed integrations.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of software development/integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs (preferably Monday.com API).
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Zapier, Make, Workato, or Boomi.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or similar scripting languages.
• Experience working with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with enterprise iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Knowledge of project management workflows and automation.
• Prior experience working in SaaS product companies.
