Role: Monday.com Solution Lead (Manufacturing / ERP Integration)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6–12 months
Overview
Seeking a highly experienced Monday.com Solution Lead to take ownership of a critical, in-flight implementation that requires stabilization, redesign, and delivery.
This role is a hands-on “leader-doer” responsible for bridging business requirements and technical execution, while independently driving the project to completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and lead the Monday.com implementation
• Assess current state and realign solution with documented requirements (Jira-based)
• Redesign and deliver a scalable inventory planning solution
• Translate business processes into system workflows
• Demand planning (sales inputs by customer/product)
• Procurement planning (raw material purchasing)
• Production scheduling (plant-level standardization)
• Pricing/version control
• Design and execute integration strategy with ERP (Canopy)
• Phase 1: CSV-based data flows
• Phase 2: API-driven integrations
• Define and lead testing strategy
• Create test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Drive user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Act as the bridge between business and technology
• Convert stakeholder needs into actionable system designs
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
• Drive user adoption and confidence
• Ensure usability and alignment with real-world workflows
• Support change management across business teams
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience implementing Monday.com solutions (end-to-end)
• Strong background in manufacturing environments
• Exposure to plant operations required (meat industry a plus)
• Experience integrating systems with ERP platforms (Canopy preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to:
• Gather and interpret requirements
• Design workflows and data models
• Execute builds hands-on
• Strong Business Analyst + Solution Architect hybrid skillset
• Experience working in Agile environments (practical application over theory)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in food or meat manufacturing
• Familiarity with inventory planning and supply-demand balancing
• Background in process optimization or production sequencing
• Prior experience rescuing or stabilizing at-risk implementations

• Delivery of a fully functional, integrated planning tool by June 2026
• Consolidation of siloed processes into a single system of truth
• Seamless transition into Phase 2 optimization initiatives
