🚀 Hiring: Moogsoft (Moongsoft) Engineer – Level 3 📍 Location: Berkely Heights, NJ (Hybrid) 💼 Experience: 5+ Years 🕒 Job Type: Contract 🔍 Job Summary We are looking for a Moogsoft Engineer (Level 3) to design, deploy, and support enterprise-scale monitoring and event management solutions. This role will act as a technical expert, handling complex incidents, integrations, and driving continuous improvement in observability and monitoring strategy. 🛠 Key Responsibilities • Design, deploy, and maintain Moogsoft (Moongsoft) AIOps monitoring solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve complex monitoring and alerting issues • Integrate Moogsoft with ITSM tools, cloud platforms, and monitoring sources • Tune alerts, reduce noise, and improve event correlation & automation • Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to enhance observability • Provide guidance to L1/L2 engineers and contribute to documentation ✅ Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years in IT Monitoring, Event Management, or Observability • Strong hands-on experience with Moogsoft / Moongsoft AIOps • Solid knowledge of Linux, APIs, integrations, scripting (Python, Bash) • Experience with tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills ⭐ Level Expectations • Works independently on complex technical tasks • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point • Drives continuous improvement in monitoring and alerting strategy
