Job Title: CRM Developer (D365 Technical Consultant)
Location: King of Prussia, PA - Hybrid - Need local candidates or those from nearby locations.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE development experience
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and the D365 SDK
• Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
• Experience with Azure Functions development and custom middleware architecture for enterprise integrations
• Experience with additional Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management) for integration patterns
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and ALM for D365 (Azure DevOps, solution management)
• Understanding of REST APIs, OData, and common integration architectures
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Unified Service Desk (USD) configuration, customization, and hosted controls
• Experience integrating with SAP ECC or IFS systems a plus
• Experience with Copilot Studio or conversational AI development a plus
• Experience with Customer Service Workspace (CSW) or modern agent desktop solutions a strong plus
• PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or relevant D365 certification preferred
