About the Role
Technology Digest Inc. is seeking an MS Power Platform Developer to design, implement, and support automated procurement and accounting workflows for an enterprise-level environment. This position focuses on streamlining manual processes, enhancing compliance, reducing operational delays, and improving overall workflow visibility and efficiency.
The developer will collaborate closely with internal teams to gather requirements, build solutions within the Power Platform ecosystem, support end-user training, and continuously refine workflow automations for optimal performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Design & Implementation
Configure and develop automation tools for:
Purchase request forms
Invoice processing
Approval routing
Audit tracking
Establish data standardization and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Training & Change Management
Prepare and deliver user training sessions and detailed documentation.
Support end-user adoption through workshops, feedback sessions, and ongoing assistance.
Monitoring & Optimization
Track performance metrics and gather user feedback.
Enhance and optimize automated workflows to drive greater efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
Power Apps: Experience developing canvas and model-driven apps.
Power Automate: Ability to build workflows for approvals, notifications, integrations, and automated processes.
Dataverse / SharePoint / SQL: Strong understanding of data modeling, storage, and retrieval.
Workflow Optimization: Ability to design efficient approval routing, exception handling, and process automation.
Communication Skills: Ability to gather requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, train users, and produce documentation.
Highly Preferred Skills
Power BI: Ability to develop dashboards for real-time tracking and auditing insights.
Procurement/Finance Workflow Knowledge: Experience working with financial or procurement processes.
Agile Experience: Comfortable with iterative development and feedback cycles.
Change Management: Experience supporting user adoption and organizational transitions.
