Role description
Job Overview: As an Integration Designer and Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the end-to-end integration lifecycle, from initial business requirement analysis to final delivery. This role requires a unique hybrid background in ETL (Informatica) and Java/Microservices to drive complex data migration and architectural strategies. You will act as the primary design authority, ensuring that appropriate integration patterns are applied across distributed systems while coordinating with global onshore, offshore, and nearshore teams. Experience Required: 9+ Years Total IT; 7+ Years Integration Design Core Competencies • Integration Frameworks: 7+ years of expert development and design experience across MuleSoft, TIBCO, or other Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) platforms. • ETL & Data Management: Specialized expertise in Informatica DIH and IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services), with PowerCenter accepted as an alternative. • Application Development: Proven proficiency in Java or Python for Microservices architecture. • Data Querying: Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to independently write and execute complex queries involving inner/outer joins, aggregations, and groupings. • Messaging & Middleware: Hands-on experience with messaging frameworks such as Kafka, Boomi, or TIBCO. • Database Versatility: Experience extracting and integrating data from multiple Relational (SQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (Couchbase) databases. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Design: Drive integration design by thoroughly understanding business processes, conducting deep-dive data analysis, and selecting the optimal technology patterns for transformation. • Technical Documentation: Independently author comprehensive design documentation, including Functional Designs (FD) and Field Mapping Documents (FMD). • Delivery Leadership: Serve as the integration delivery lead, guiding development and testing teams through the implementation of complex data migrations. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Architecture and external application teams across multiple time zones to ensure seamless integration across the enterprise. • Master Data Governance: Manage and integrate both Master Data and Transactional Data flows to ensure consistency across the application landscape. • Cloud & Salesforce Alignment: (Preferred) Leverage experience in Azure (SQL, Data Lake, Delta Lake), AWS, and Salesforce integration (including SOQL) to modernize integration flows.
