Title: NCino Developer Location: Remote/WFH Duration: 6-12+ months Part-time role Notes: Details of the request include: 6 months This position is PART TIME. 8 hours per week. Location/ Travel – Onsite Requirements : The position is 100% remote, and This role will require working onsite the first week Monday-Friday. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and enhance NCino solutions for consumer and home lending use cases, including mortgage origination, processing, and servicing. • Architect and implement NCino consumer lending portals (e.g., mortgage suite, SimpleNexus) to deliver intuitive and responsive borrower experiences. • Integrate NCino with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., core banking, credit, pricing, document management) using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce integration patterns. • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to translate lending requirements into scalable technical designs, configuration, and custom development. • Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support activities to ensure solution quality, performance, compliance, and maintainability across the NCino/Salesforce landscape. Qualifications: • Strong experience as a software developer working with NCino on Salesforce, specifically supporting consumer and/or home lending processes. • Hands-on experience with NCino consumer lending portal capabilities, such as mortgage suite and/or SimpleNexus, including design, customization, and implementation. • Proven background in solution design and architecture, with experience integrating NCino with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, and standard Salesforce integration patterns. • Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL) and configuration, with an understanding of lending workflows, compliance, and data models in financial services. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in an agile, cross-functional environment and support full SDLC—requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and support. • This role will require working onsite the first week Monday-Friday.
