Automate alert routing and incident workflows. Integrate New Relic with PagerDuty, Slack, ServiceNow, and log aggregation tools like Splunk or ELK. β€’ Performance Optimization: Lead performance testing, identify bottlenecks with distributed tracing, tune thresholds and alerts, and define SLIs/SLOs to support high availability and uptime targets. β€’ Executive Reporting: Translate monitoring data into business insights for senior leaders, develop performance improvement roadmaps, and evangelize observability best practices across engineering and product teams. What We’re Looking For β€’ Proven expertise in New Relic implementation, administration, and optimization. β€’ Experience building roadmaps and strategic plans for observability or monitoring platforms. β€’ Strong technical background in APM, distributed tracing, infrastructure monitoring, and integrations. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence VP and executive-level stakeholders. β€’ A proactive problem-solver who can balance hands-on technical execution with strategic vision. Why Join β€’ 100% remoteβ€”work from anywhere. β€’ Competitive salary range β€’ Opportunity to have a direct impact on shaping observability strategy at scale. β€’ Collaborative, innovative environment where your ideas and expertise will be valued.
