Role description
Job Summary (List Format): NICE InContact Developer Remote β€’ Design, develop, and maintain NICE InContact call center applications (IVR, call flows, screen recording, digital channels) β€’ Create custom workflows using NICE Studio, scripting, and APIs to support business needs β€’ Integrate NICE platform with Salesforce, chatbots, and omni-channel tools (voice, SMS, chat, email) β€’ Collaborate with product owners, service teams, and developers to deliver feature enhancements β€’ Drive platform improvements via automation, monitoring, and system tuning β€’ Translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions using Agile methodologies β€’ Participate in architectural design, code reviews, and delivery planning β€’ Explore and implement emerging technologies (AI/ML, NLP) for customer engagement β€’ Work with NICE vendor contacts for troubleshooting and product roadmap planning β€’ Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and REST APIs β€’ Support Agile Scrum and DevOps practices across teams β€’ Communicate effectively and collaborate with onshore and offshore teams Preferred/Bonus Qualifications β€’ Experience in financial services, especially wealth management or advisor services β€’ Familiarity with NICE modules: Workforce Management (WFM), Quality Management (QM), Analytics β€’ Understanding of voice/telephony infrastructure (VOIP, DNS, Windows environments)
