Role description
Our client, a leading organization in the automotive and digital retail industry, is seeking a Non-Technical Data Analyst to join their team. As a Non-Technical Data Analyst 4, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting the Digital Retail Platform (DRP) team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Non-Technical Data Analyst 4 Location: Warren, MI Pay Range: $55 - $58 per hour What's the Job? โ€ข Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance metrics for the Digital Retail Platform team. โ€ข Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate data into actionable insights. โ€ข Prepare monthly reports on site metrics, leads, sales, clickstream data, and funnel performance, including trend analysis and performance comparisons across brands. โ€ข Conduct ad hoc analyses related to leads-to-sales conversion, site engagement, and dealer inquiries to support strategic decision-making. โ€ข Analyze site data inputs such as mobile vs. desktop usage, CTA engagement, and content interaction, utilizing tools like Adobe Analytics and Power BI. What's Needed? โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science, mathematics, data science, or a related technical field. โ€ข 8-10 years of applicable experience in data analysis or related roles. โ€ข Expertise in SQL and proficiency with Power BI; experience with Python, Azure/Databricks, and Adobe Analytics is a plus. โ€ข Strong understanding of clickstream data, data storytelling, and technical communication skills. โ€ข Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and troubleshoot complex data issues effectively.
