🚨 Now Hiring: Product Owner – Profitability & Data Migration 🚨 Are you an experienced Product Owner with a background in banking transformation, data migration, and enterprise delivery? We're partnering with a leading financial institution on a high-impact initiative with a targeted November go-live, and we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running. 📍 Location: Buffalo, NY preferred (Remote candidates considered with travel to NY every 3–4 weeks) 📅 Duration: Contract through the end of the year (extension not expected) What You'll Be Doing • Lead a critical profitability and data migration workstream as the Product Owner. • Partner with business and technology leaders to define priorities and drive delivery. • Own the product backlog, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria. • Support historical data migration and transformation efforts. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, remove roadblocks, and manage delivery risks. • Keep stakeholders aligned and on track for a fast-paced November production go-live. What We're Looking For ✔️ 7+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar leadership role ✔️ Experience delivering large-scale transformation initiatives ✔️ Strong background in data migration, data conversion, or enterprise data transformation ✔️ Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred ✔️ Expertise in Agile delivery, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement ✔️ Excellent communication and leadership skills Bonus Points • Profitability or finance-related initiatives • Historical data conversion projects • Enterprise implementations with aggressive go-live timelines Important: We are only accepting direct applicants for this opportunity.
