World Wide Technology is looking for Nuvolo / ServiceNow Developer. This job is part of WWT’s Strategic Resourcing services. The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWT’s preferred partners. The partner will provide full compensation and benefit information prior to employment with the partner. Nuvolo / ServiceNow Developer 100% Remote (East Coast or Central time zone preferred) Contract (40 hrs./week, 1-year contract with potential to convert to FTE) Rate/Salary: A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $60/hr. to $70/hr. hourly. Actual pay will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs, and will be set by your employer. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in base pay. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Nuvolo Developer with strong ServiceNow development experience to join our Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) applications team. This role will support COMPANY’s internal Nuvolo instance, contribute to ongoing client implementations, and provide consulting/development services for external healthcare clients. You will work alongside a small, highly collaborative team delivering technical solutions that optimize asset management, facilities operations, and regulatory compliance for healthcare organizations. Key Responsibilities β€’ Design, develop, configure, and customize Nuvolo applications and workflows, with a focus on Enterprise Asset Management and related modules (e.g., OT Security, Capital Planning, Warehouse). β€’ Lead or support workflow automation (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, mobile work solutions) using ServiceNow Flow Designer and JavaScript. β€’ Build and maintain integrations between Nuvolo and external systems (e.g., CMDB, ITAM, Okta, HRIS, SaaS applications) using REST/SOAP APIs. β€’ Create and enhance dashboards, widgets, and reports to support operational and compliance needs. β€’ Provide hands-on application support for internal Nuvolo users (HTM technicians, supervisors, managers) and external consulting clients. β€’ Participate in new Nuvolo implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and end-user support. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to recommend best practices and improve workflows in alignment with healthcare regulations (e.g., Joint Commission). β€’ Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal application performance. Required Qualifications β€’ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required. β€’ Minimum 3 years’ hands-on Nuvolo development experience, including configuration, customization, and integrations. β€’ Strong ServiceNow development background with proven experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and ServiceNow platform architecture. β€’ Proficiency in creating and modifying workflows, UI elements, and reports/dashboards. β€’ Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and authentication methods (SSO, Okta). β€’ Understanding of asset management, service request workflows, and compliance reporting in a healthcare context. Preferred Qualifications β€’ Background in Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) or healthcare IT. β€’ Experience with additional Nuvolo modules (OT Security, Capital Planning, Warehouse). β€’ Familiarity with Performance Analytics, ATF, or automated testing tools. β€’ Exposure to AWS, Azure DevOps, or similar cloud/DevOps tools.
