Contract Duration: 12 Months Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. • Setup Observability platform for all services using OpenShift K8 Cluster to provide the capability that all services, pipelines and solutions are optimally monitored, with relevant alerts, logging and tracing that guarantees the durability, availability, and performance. • Set up and maintain a centralized visualization of all observability alerts, metrics and KPI’s. • Set up and maintain standardized service contracts for service engineers and K8 infrastructure to use to provide observability information • Maintain and extend observability platform • Support Services engineers with Observability design • Support Product managers with Observability KPI’s • Create IaC and deployment pipelines for TCOO Observability platform • Integrate with Enterprise platforms where applicable Additional Job Details: • Understands how to Setup and maintain observability platforms • Centralized Visualization of observability • Monitoring • Heartbeat • Infrastructure • APM • Alerting • Logging • Tracing • Standardize observability service contracts for development teams • Advance experience setting up and maintaining Observability platforms like: • Dynatrace, New Relic, Data Dog, ELK Stack, SigNoz Posted By: Natalie DeWitt
