Job Description:
• Primary domain: Observability / Telemetry agents
• Hands-on with:
o OpenTelemetry (Collector, SDKs, APIs)
o FluentBit / FluentD
o Telemetry ingestion pipelines
• Cloud: Strong Google Cloud (GCP) preference
• Languages: Go (preferred), C++, Java, Python
• Strong OSS orientation (contributors preferred)
Ideal Candidate Profile (Vendor Guidance)
Observability engineers
Telemetry / logging / metrics pipeline developers
Candidates with OSS contributions in OTel / CNCF
To Avoid:
• Linux kernel-only profiles
• Generic backend developers with no observability depth
