Odessa Business Analyst/ Data Migration Analyst We are seeking an experienced Business/Data Analyst to support a data migration from the Odessa platform to a new target platform. The data mapping is well documented and coded and this role will focus on providing subject matter knowledge of the Odessa data framework and business analysis skills throughout the testing and deployment phases including defining any additional migration requirements, and partnering with technical teams to ensure accurate, complete, and validated data transfer. This is a short-term, remote contract position. Sorry, sponsorship is not available for this position. Key Responsibilities • Provide subject matter expertise on the Odessa data structures in support of any additional data migration requirements • Analyze Odessa data models, contracts, billing, and financial data to support migration planning • If needed, define source-to-target mappings, data transformation rules, and validation criteria • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document any additional migration requirements • Support data profiling, data quality assessments, reconciliation, and testing activities • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies related to the Odessa data migration • Assist with cutover planning, post-migration validation, and issue resolution Required Qualifications • Strong understanding of Odessa data attributes (including and not limited to leasing, billing, or asset finance data preferred) • Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Migration Analyst to or from the Odessa system • Hands-on experience with data migration projects using Odessa • Ability to document functional requirements, mappings, and data rules clearly • Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills Nice to Have • Prior experience migrating off the Odessa platform • SQL or data analysis tool experience • Experience working with financial or contract-based systems About Stratfield: We started Stratfield Consulting with the belief that companies are looking for a more reliable consulting firm to deliver an expanding list of projects.
