Job Title: OneStream Consultant Location : Chicago, IL (Remote is okay) Duration : 6-9+ Months Contract Teams Meeting Interview Job Description: Role Overvie w We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated OneStream Consultant to join our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team. The ideal candidate will be a techno-functional expert with hands-on experience in OneStream XF, capable of designing, developing, and optimizing financial consolidation and planning solution s. Key Responsibilit ies • Solution Design & Develop • mentDesign and implement OneStream CPM solutions for Financial Close, Consolidation, and FP&am • p;A.Build and maintain metadata, cube views, dashboards, forms, quick views, and workflow profi • les.Develop and manage business rules includ • ing:Custom Consolidat • ionsIntercompany Eliminat • ionsCurrency Translat • ionsCash Flow Automat • ionsEvent Handler R ules Integration & Autom • ation Integrate OneStream with external systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) via REST APIs, SQL, or file-base • d ETL.Ensure data integrity, perform reconciliation, and troubleshoot integration i • ssues.Stakeholder Collabo • rationWork closely with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solu • tions.Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and provide regular updates to senior manag ement.Testing & Documen • tation Support UAT, system testing, and issue reso • lution.Maintain documentation for solution design, test scripts, admin guides, and training mat • erials.Support & Main • tenanceProvide ongoing support for OneStream applications including upgrades, performance tuning, and user tr • aining.Troubleshoot system errors and document enhancement opportu nities. Required Skills & Qualif ications • 2+ implementation experience with OneStream on Consolidation and planning and 10-15 years in EPM p latforms. • Profic • iency in:OneStream Design Studio, Cube Views, Dashboards, • WorkflowVB.NET, SQL, C • #, PythonSmart View and Exc el Add-In • Strong understanding of financial consolidation principles and planning p rocesses. • Experience with metadata management, data reconciliation, and audit co mpliance. • Familiarity with marketplace solutions like BI Blend, Thing Planning, People Planning. • Ability to translate finance business requirements into technical OneStream s olutions. Prefer • red Skills Experience with other EPM tools like Hyperion, Anapla • n, SAP BPC.Knowledge of OneStream extensibility framework and Dashboard Exte • nder Rules.Prior participation in OneStream official training (e.g., “Application Build for Con • sultants”).Exposure to Agile methodologies and sprint-based d evelopment.
