β’ Client is seeking a People Analytics Data Analyst to join clientβs People Analytics team. You will work across the People organization to enable data-informed decisions and insights. We are looking for someone with a solid technical background, a passion for HR data, and the ability to collaborate across various HR business functions.
Skills Required:
β’ Min of 4 years in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering.
β’ Min of 2 years of experience with SQL.
β’ Min of 2 yearsβ experience in high-quality reporting and visualizations in Tableau.
β’ Experience with Workday, Fivetran, and Snowflake.
β’ Bonus point if you have previous experience with HR data.
β’ Candidates need stakeholder management skills and experience on resumes.
β’ Experience architecting data flows and data models for performance and scale.
β’ Track record of applying innovative solutions to complex database challenges.
β’ Proven ability to promptly troubleshoot and resolve data performance issues and outages.
