Technical Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 4+ years of experience working with OpenText Exstream CCM (Design Manager, Empower Editor, StoryTeller, etc.). • Hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream Cloud Edition (CE) and containerized/cloud-native deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Strong understanding of customer communications in P&C insurance, including policies, declarations, endorsements, etc. • Experience with scripting (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript), XML, and APIs (REST/SOAP). • Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. • Familiarity with PDF generation, print/mail integration, and omnichannel delivery. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team. Preferred Qualifications • Experience integrating Exstream with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco). • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., NAIC, state DOI requirements). • Exposure to OpenText Intelligent Capture, OpenText xPression, or Documentum is a plus. • Certification in OpenText Exstream or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
