Job Overview:
As an OpenText Extreme Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and integration of OpenText Extended ECM (Extreme) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in OpenText technologies, with a strong understanding of its architecture and implementation in complex enterprise environments. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure that solutions meet business requirements while leveraging the latest features and best practices in OpenText Extreme.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement OpenText Extreme ECM solutions, including document management, workflow automation, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Design, customize, and configure OpenText Extreme applications to meet client needs.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide hands-on development and troubleshooting expertise in OpenText and related systems.
• Integrate OpenText Extreme with other enterprise applications and platforms such as SAP, Microsoft SharePoint, and other ERP/CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and testers, to ensure the successful delivery of OpenText-based solutions.
• Perform code reviews, provide mentoring, and share best practices with team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenText applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay up-to-date with OpenText product releases and industry trends to bring innovative solutions to clients.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an OpenText Extreme Developer (minimum of 5+ years).
• Strong understanding of OpenText ECM platform architecture and functionalities.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText products such as Extended ECM, Documentum, Content Server, and others.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and .NET (C#).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating OpenText solutions with third-party systems.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and their integration with OpenText solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
