Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced OpenText Exstream Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality document generation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream (formerly HP Exstream) and will be responsible for creating complex customer communications, ensuring data integrity, and integrating Exstream with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain document composition solutions using OpenText Exstream (version 9 or higher). • Build both batch and interactive communication templates for various channels (print, email, SMS, PDF). • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. • Integrate Exstream applications with backend systems and databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server). • Ensure communications meet compliance, branding, and accessibility standards. • Optimize and troubleshoot Exstream processes for performance, reliability, and scalability. • Perform unit testing, support QA, and participate in deployment and post-implementation support. • Document design specifications, technical processes, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience with OpenText Exstream, including Design Manager, StoryTeller, Messagepoint, LiveEditor, and Empower. • Proficient in data integration, scripting, and control files within Exstream. • Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, SQL, and data mapping. • Familiarity with customer communication management (CCM) best practices. • Experience with Windows/Unix environments and version control tools (e.g., Git). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
