OpenText XECM Developer

Job Title: OpenText xECM Developer / Architect Location: Loveland, CO (Open to Remote) Work Authorization: USC or H1B only Role Summary Seeking a senior OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) professional to lead solution design, implementation, and integrations across enterprise platforms including SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft technologies. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and client-facing leadership. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Implementation • Lead requirement-gathering workshops with business and IT stakeholders • Design, configure, and implement OpenText xECM solutions • Develop functional and technical design documents • Configure content services, workflows, metadata, permissions, and archiving rules Project Delivery • Serve as senior advisor on ECM best practices and information governance • Provide technical leadership to junior team members • Support full project lifecycle: requirements, design, build, test, deploy, and post-go-live support • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions Integration & Development • Implement integrations with SAP ERP/S4HANA, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, MS Teams, SharePoint, and O365 • Support custom development using OScript, Java, REST/SOAP APIs, and SAP ABAP integrations • Configure xECM smart views, widgets, and UI customizations Support & Optimization • Provide Level 3 production support • Perform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning • Recommend improvements for scalability, security, and content lifecycle management Required Skills & Qualifications • 8+ years of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) experience • 4+ years hands-on OpenText xECM experience Strong experience with: • OpenText Content Server, Archive Center, InfoArchive • xECM for SAP and/or SuccessFactors/Salesforce • REST APIs, Web Services, OData • Metadata models, workflows, permissions, records management • Experience in solution architecture and technical leadership • Knowledge of compliance standards (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA) • Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • OpenText certifications preferred Preferred Qualifications • SAP S/4HANA integration experience • Cloud deployment experience (OpenText Cloud, Azure, AWS) • Experience with MS Teams and SharePoint Online • Consulting or system integrator background
