Position: Operational Data Analysis Specialist (Microsoft Power Platform) Location: Chattanooga, TN (REMOTE) Summary: • This role sits within the Project Controls team and supports the PMO by helping turn project and financial data into clear, useful insights • The Operational Data Analysis Specialist will be responsible for connecting data from different sources, like cost, schedule, resources, and forecasts, to build automated reports and dashboards (with MS Power BI) that make it easier for leaders to see what’s happening and make decisions • The Operational Data Analysis Specialist will help pull together, clean up, and visualize project performance data so the team can spot trends, flag risk, and be proactive in its decision making • Looking for proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (BI, Apps, Automate, Dataverse) along with intermediate level SQL query building and interpretation • Candidates should be used to connecting to different data sources accurately • Experience with Utility, Construction, or Nuclear projects is preferred • Utilities/Energy/Government industry experience is preferred • Experience with Primavera P6 is preferred • This position is Remote, with occasional travel to Chattanooga, TN Why Join Paradigm At Paradigm, integrity drives innovation.
