Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of analysts in developing and maintaining analytical models and dashboards
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop business intelligence strategies
• Oversee the implementation of data warehouse solutions and ETL processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Ensure data quality and integrity across all analytics initiatives
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics) or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related fields
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight)
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R)
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms, particularly AWS
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years of experience in analytics leadership roles
