Operations Data Analyst II

Job Summary We are seeking an Operations Data Analyst II with strong ServiceNow Field Service Management administration experience for a contract opportunity in Oakland, CA. This hybrid role supports critical field service operations within the energy and utilities industry, helping ensure scheduling tools, mobile workflows, dispatcher interfaces, and inventory processes run efficiently for field technicians and operational teams. Key Responsibilities • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow Field Service Management platform, including daily operations, upgrades, configuration, and support. • Configure and support Dispatcher Workspace, Mobile Agent applications, dynamic scheduling, map integrations, and mobile workflows. • Manage work orders, assignment rules, task dependencies, territory planning, and field service routing processes. • Configure inventory management functions, stockrooms, asset transfers, and related ServiceNow workflows. • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, system notifications, and platform enhancements. • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify issues, improve processes, and optimize ServiceNow FSM performance for field service operations.
