Role description
Job Summary The AML Developer will be responsible for implementing, developing, and supporting Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) and Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) solutions, formerly known as Mantas. The role focuses on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) transaction monitoring, scenario development, and enterprise case management. Work Authorization: • USC/GC/EAD • H1B/C2C is fine Onsite Locations: • St. Petersburg, FL • Fort Mills, SC • Westlake, TX Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain AML transaction monitoring scenarios using FCCM Scenario Manager. • Configure alert and case types, workflows using ECM Designer and Process Modeling Framework (PMF). • Support ingestion, batch processing (BDF, scenario, ECM batches), and data model integration (CASA, FCDM). • Collaborate with business and IT teams to enhance AML solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Work on OFSAA/FCCM Compliance Studio and other modules to support AML initiatives. • Provide technical expertise in PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting, and Apache Tomcat for system integration and performance tuning. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AML systems and workflows. Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle OFSAA FCCM (Mantas). • Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, Unix, Shell scripting, and Apache Tomcat. • Deep understanding of AML compliance, regulatory reporting, and enterprise case management. • Experience with FCCM Scenario Manager and ECM Designer. • Familiarity with OFSAA/FCCM data models (CASA, FCDM) and batch processing. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in financial services or banking domain. • Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), KYC/CDD, and other AML regulations. • Prior experience with Oracle Compliance Studio and regulatory reporting tools.
